These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules and conditions that apply when you browse, shop, or otherwise interact with glenvane.com (the "Site"). The Site and the GlenVane store are operated by NEAS Global, LLC ("GlenVane," "we," "our," or "us"). They exist to protect both you and us, and to make sure every purchase happens on clear, fair ground.

Please take a few minutes to read them. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If any part of these Terms doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Site.

1. Who May Shop With Us

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are a minor using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

When you place an order or create an account, you agree to give us accurate, current, and complete information — including your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details private.

2. Our Products

We work hard to photograph and describe every item accurately. That said, screens differ: the exact shade of a garment on your device may differ slightly from the item that arrives. Measurements listed in our size guides are provided to help you choose well, and small variations can occur between individual items.

We may update product descriptions, adjust our catalog, retire items, or limit order quantities at any time without prior notice. If a product listing contains an obvious error — for example, a clearly incorrect price caused by a typo — we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion — for example, where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where shipping to your address isn't possible. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order enters processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@glenvane.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Items purchased from GlenVane are intended for personal use, not for commercial resale.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The price displayed at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order. Promotions and discounts may change or end without notice, and cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total shown at checkout, including any shipping costs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can extend delivery times, and we can't accept liability for such delays. Full details, including processing times and tracking, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Our full Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility windows, condition requirements, and how to start a return. That policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on the Site — text, product photography, graphics, logos, page layouts, and the GlenVane name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse and share links, but copying, scraping, republishing, or commercial use of our content without written permission is not allowed.

8. Your Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, harvest data, or interfere with other customers' use of the Site. We may suspend or block access for anyone violating these rules.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may occasionally link to third-party websites or use third-party tools. These are provided for convenience "as is" — we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Any dealings you have with third parties are between you and them.

10. Our Platform

The Site runs on the Shopify e-commerce platform. All purchases, however, are transactions directly between you and GlenVane. Shopify is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any sale made through the Site.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge that you've had the opportunity to review it.

12. Feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews, or suggestions, you give us permission to use them — in any medium, without restriction or compensation — to improve our store and services. We'll never use your feedback in a way that identifies you personally without your consent.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, though we work to keep it that way.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlenVane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. In any case, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlenVane and its owners, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

17. Entire Agreement; Assignment

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the complete agreement between you and GlenVane regarding the Site. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
